Terms and Conditions for Work Side

Welcome to Work Side. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, and educational courses. By registering an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Accounts

Worker Registration: To work on projects, you must register and pay a one-time verification fee of ₹499. This fee is for administrative purposes and to ensure the seriousness of applicants.

Client Registration: Clients can register for free but must fund their wallet to post a project.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Work Side is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

2. Our Courses (Enrollment)

By purchasing a course, you gain access to the specified curriculum for a duration of one year.

We offer tiered plans to enhance your experience. All plans are one-time payments:

4. Payments and Withdrawals

Project Funding: Clients must deposit funds into their wallet before a project can be started. These funds are held in escrow.

Withdrawal Threshold: Workers can request a withdrawal of their earnings once their wallet balance reaches a minimum of ₹1,499.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawals are processed within 7 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

5. Platform Conduct

Originality: All work submitted must be 100% original. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden and will lead to account termination.

Off-Platform Communication: Users are strictly forbidden from sharing personal contact information (email, phone number, etc.) to transact outside of Work Side.

Ghosting: Accepting a project and failing to deliver it (ghosting) will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

6. Refund Policy

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: All payments made to Work Side are 100% non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

By making a payment on this platform, you acknowledge and agree that no amount is refundable under any circumstances, including account termination for policy violations.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a Client is unsatisfied with the work, they can raise a dispute. A Work Side Admin will mediate the dispute by reviewing the project requirements and the delivered work. The Admin's decision on payment release or refund is final.
